| 摘 要： | 用超声波法提取五灵脂的总黄酮并用紫外可见分光光度计测定含量，用聚酰胺薄膜层析分离黄酮类化合物，紫外灯下分析提取出的黄酮类化合物，结果表明：五灵脂的总黄酮含量为12．84mg／g，与松针、柏叶比较，介于二者之间；层析分离发现五灵脂含有与络欣通黄酮类化合物相近的物质，其中一种为芦丁，这意味着五灵脂起活血化瘀作用的成分与络欣通相似。

| Abstract: | The flavonoids compound extracted from faeces trogopterori (the dry excrement of Trogopterus xanthipes ) was measured by ultrasonic wave method.The consituent was analysed by the methods of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, polyamide membrane stratification and ultraviolet lamp.The results showed that the flavonoid contents was 12.84 mg/g,which was more than that of pine needles and is less than that of cypress leaves.Some similar compounds were found that included in the medicine loxniton among which one of them was lutin.It suggested that the role of faces trgopterori was similar with loxinton's in actuating blood. |
