循环流化床锅炉焦炭颗粒燃烧机理研究

摘    要:以循环流化床锅炉飞灰为研究对象,分析了飞灰的粒径和含碳量分布,并利用扫描电子显微镜观察了不同粒径飞灰的微观形貌。结果表明,循环流化床锅炉飞灰中碳的质量分数最高的区域分布在38~58μm、90~120μm和大于150μm的粒径段,具有峰值特征;且循环流化床锅炉焦炭颗粒的燃尽与燃烧室温度、颗粒的孔隙结构及旋风分离器的性能关系密切。

Abstract:Taking CFB fly-ash as research object,this paper analyzed the size distribution and carbon content distribution of fly-ash,and characterized the microscopic morphology of the fly-ash of different size with scanning electron microscope. The results show that CFB fly-ash with highest carbon content lies in the range of 38~58 μm,90~120 μm,and >150 μm,exhibiting peah distribution; the burn-out of char pariticles in CFB is closely related to combustion chamber temperature, particle porosity and cyclone performance.
