| 摘 要： | 我国《刑法》正当防卫条款重视对防卫人的保护而忽略了对不法侵害人的保护，逆防卫恰能弥补这一缺陷。本文仅就逆防卫的概念、提出依据及成立条件等方面对其进行解读，以期对逆防卫有个正确的认识。

| Abstract: | The justifiable defense clause strengthens the protection of aggrieved party, but at the same time, neglects the protection of unlawful offender. Inverse defense can remedy this fault rightly. This article presents inverse defense form the conception, the basis, the component conditions and so on, to expect people know inverse defense properly. |
