基于ADAMS的制动抖动现象仿真分析

摘    要:利用adams软件,建立了盘式制动器的仿真模型,分析了在制动盘装偏情况下制动力矩波动情况;在此基础上,建立整车仿真模型,通过仿真计算明确了振动从制动器到方向盘的传递途径,分析了传递途径中的放大环节,最后提出了通过调节前悬架弹性衬套刚度来消除制动抖动现象的振动控制方法。

Abstract:By using ADAMS/view,a simulation model of disk brake system was established and the brake torque variation due to disc side face run-out was analyzed.Furthermore by using ADAMS/car,a full vehicle model was established,and through simulation,the vibration transmission path from brake system to steering wheel was confirmed and the source of magnifying role in the transmission process was made clear.In the end,the vibration control method by means of adjusting the rigidity of rubber bushing was put forward to eliminate the brake judder phenomenon.
