| Abstract: | The microwave radiation effect, Shapiro steps, microwave mizing and magne-toresistive effect have been observed in Y-Ba-Cu-O coatings at liquid nitrogentemperature. Results show that Y-Ba-Cu-O coatings are promising to be used inmaking special devices, such as microwave detector, microwave mixer, magneticfield sensor, magnetoresistor and SQUID. |
