柴油机燃用生物柴油的特性

摘    要:为了掌握柴油机燃用生物柴油时的性能变化,在四缸废气涡轮增压直喷式柴油机上燃用0^#柴油、脂肪酸甲酯和分别含有30%及50%(质量比)脂肪酸甲酯的混合柴油,在1800r/min和2200r/min全负荷工况下,进行了柴油机动力性、燃料经济性、HC、CO、NOx、排气烟度和自由加速工况下的排气烟度试验。通过对比发现,柴油机燃用含有脂肪酸甲酯的燃料对动力性、燃料经济性的影响较小,可以显著降低HC排放和排气烟度,但CO排放会略有增加,NOx排放则随燃料脂肪酸甲酯含量的提高有明显增加。研究表明,脂肪酸甲酯可作为柴油机的替代燃料,值得推广应用。

Abstract:In order to reveal the performance of diesel engine fueld with bio-diesel, this paper compares the properties of fatty acid methyl ester and 0^# diesel oil by conducting experiments on a four-cylinder turbo charged direct injection diesel engine. The engine is fueled with diesel oil, fatty acid methyl ester, the blended fuel consisting of fatty acid methyl ester and diesel at a ratio of 30% to 70% and 50% to 50% in weight under two operation conditions. The engine works at full load at the speed of 1 800 r/min and 2 200 r/min, and the output, the energy consumption, exhaust emission of HC, CO, NOx and smoke are measured. It can be found that the power and fuel consumption of the engine have a little change, the HC emission obviously decreases, but the CO emission slightly increases, the NOx emission remarkably increases. The results show that fatty acid methyl ester can be used as an alternative to diesel oil with good performances and fuel economy. 2 tabs, 7 figs, 9 refs.
