青海柴达木盆地春小麦蛋白质含量状况调查

摘    要:分析了柴达木盆地34份小麦样品共19个品种(系)的籽粒蛋白质含量,测定结果为:诺木洪农场春小麦蛋白质含量最高,平均为10.86%,德令哈地区则含量最低,平均为9.45%;不同品种中青春891蛋白质含量最高,为12.74%,瀚海304蛋白质含量最低,仅为8.98%,针对柴达木盆地春小麦蛋白质含量的现状,提出了该地区今后提高小麦蛋白质含量的措施。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the data of 34 samples' protein content from 19 varieties of spring wheat growing in Chaidamu Basin. The result showed that spring wheat growing in Nuomuhong Public farm has the highest protein content, mean protein content is 10. 86% , and the lowest protein content is in Delinha area, mean content is 9. 45%. Among the varieties, Qing Chun891 has the highest pro-tein content, reached 12. 74%, Han hai304's protein content is only 8. 98%, It's the lowest one in protein content. To face really position of lower protein content of spring wheat growing in Chaidamu Basin, the author gave the suggestion on the improvement of protein content for the future wheat pro-duction in this area.
