植物提取物复合杀蚜剂的研制及其稳定性测定

摘    要:以生物测定为手段,以杀蚜效果为主要依据,研制出以组分比例为5份发酵液浓缩液:1份白蔓陀罗提取物:0.2份花椒提取物的菌类代谢物-植物提取物复合杀蚜剂,简称为G-P杀蚜剂,稀释400倍48h对萝卜蚜的药效为97.9%,室温下存放半年,药效损失7.17%,存放一年,药效下降10.80%。

Abstract:By using bioassay as main method,we studied and prepared germ metabolite and plant extract compound aphicide (G-P aphicide).The G-P aphicide is composed of fermentation concentrate of Paecilomyces griseiviride and extracts of Datura stramenium L.and Zanthoxylum bungeanum Max.and the proper ratio of the three components above is 5:1:0.2.The G-P aphicide against Lipaphis erysimi is 97.4% effective in 48 hours.After storage at room temperature for 6 months and one year,the activity of G-P aphicide reduced 7.17% and 10.8% respectively.
