期权契约下易逝品供应链协调

考虑单个制造商和单个零售商组成的易逝品两级供应链系统,制造商采取两阶段生产且仅允许零售商一次订货,建立了采取快速反应、数量柔性策略相结合的基于期权契约的决策模型,分析了模型的性质,得出了零售商最优的期权购买量、最优初始固定订货量,推导出供应链协调的充分条件;并用算例对结果进行了验证.研究表明,通过引入期权机制、采用数量柔性和快速反应策略不仅可以提高制造商和零售商的期望利润,而且还易于实现供应链的协调.

Study on supply chain coordination of short-life-cycle wares based on option contract
