汽车车身结构性破坏的测量与修复方法

摘    要:为了提高汽车车身结构性破坏的修理精度、保证汽车修复后的安全性和可靠性,分析了汽车纵向碰撞、侧碰撞的车身结构理想特性及变形模式,提出了利用多功能固定器和夹具、精确车身三维测量系统、全方位拉伸装置的车身修复流程、原则和方法.碰撞修复实例表明:修复后车身各安装点的数据偏差值达到±3 mm,装配后车轮定位值符合标准.这种基于车身三维测量的全方位拉伸校正方法可以有效提高碰撞汽车的修复质量、降低返修率.

Abstract:In order to improve the precision of repairing to collided vehicles,and to ensure vehicle safety and reliability following repair,the ideal body structure characteristics and the modes of deformation during longitudinal and side collisions were analyzed,and proposes process,principles and methods of vehicle body repair were put foraward,by utilizing multi-purpose fixtures and clamps,accurate 3D measurement systems for vehicle bodies,and a multi-directional pulling devices.Example of the collision body repai...
