| 摘 要： | 广义的技术社会建构论主张技术建构于社会。作为异质性社会因素之一的法律,在技术或技术活动的社会建构中居于极其重要的地位。技术生产、技术使用、技术转移是技术活动法律建构的三重路径。总体的强制性、历时的演化性、结构的差异性,是技术活动的法律建构的基本特征。

| Abstract: | According to the general theory of social construction of technology,technology is imbedded in society.Law,a dissimilar social factor,is of great importance in the social construction of technology,and the production,application and transfer of techniques are the three approaches to the legal construction of technology or technological activity,the essential features of which are to be generally mandatory,evolve diachronically and vary in structure. |
