| 摘 要： | 通过对１１５０ｍｍ初轧机工作状态的模拟，研究了二次灌浆层对无垫板安装设备的长期影响，找出了在载荷作用下二次灌浆层变形及其弹性模量随时间延长的变化规律，使预测生产实际中无垫板安装工程基础的变形成为可能。此外，还建立了二次灌浆层的简化力学模型

| Abstract: | By simulating the operation mode of 1500mm blooming mill,the authors have studied the long term effect of secondary grout layer on the equipment installed without bed piece and,as a result,derived the pattern of deformation of secondary grout layer under load and change of its elastic modulus as time goes on,which makes it possible for the prediction of deformation of equipment foundation installed without bed piece in practical engineering.The simplified mechanical model of secondary grout layer is also presented in the article. |
