云南省南华县2010年克山病监测结果分析

目的：为掌握南华县克山病病情变化、现状和消长趋势,为云南省克山病防治及评估防控效果提供依据。方法：通过填表、详细询问病史、临床检查、描记心电图对监测点常住人口开展监测,对克山病病人及可疑病例作X线摄片。结果：2010年南华县2个监测村无急性、亚急性克山病发病,慢型、潜在型克山病检出率分别为0.12%和0.23%。结论：南华县克山病病情总体处于平稳低发状态,但仍有慢型、潜在型克山病新发病例出现。

Analysis of Observation of Keshan Disease in Nanhua County of Yunnan Province in 2010

Objective: To provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of KSD and to guide and assess the effect.Methods: Observe residents in the observation sites through the following ways: filling in forms,enquiring about medical history,having clinical examinations,performing Electrocardiography and taking X-rays of suspected cases and patients.Results: No acute disease or sub acute disease in Nanhua in 2010.Detection rates were 0.12% and 0.23% for potential Keshan disease and chronic Keshan disease.Conclusion: KSD generally occurs at a very steady and low incidence while there are emerging cases of chronic Keshan disease and potential Keshan disease.
