蒙药嘎古拉-4味汤散药理作用的初步研究

目的：初步研究嘎古拉-4味汤散的镇痛、镇静、抗炎作用．方法：用热板法和扭体法实验，观察其镇痛作用；用戊巴比妥钠对小鼠睡眠时间的影响实验，观察其镇静作用；对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀炎症模型的影响实验．观察其抗炎作用．结果：嘎古拉-4味汤散对醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应和热板法所致疼痛刺激有明显的镇痛、镇静作用；对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀炎症没有明显的预防和治疗作用．结论：初步研究结果表明，嘎古拉-4味汤散具有明显的镇痛、镇静作用，但没有显著的抗炎作用．

Primary Studies on the Pharmacodynamics of Gagula - 4 Soup Powder

Objective:The effect on the analgesic,sedative and antiinflammatory actions of GaGuLa-4 decoction(powder) was studied.Methods:Mouse pain threshold induced by heat stimulation and actetic acid.Mouse ear swell induced by dimethybenzene,The sedative effect was studied by pentobarbital sleeping time in mice.Result:Gagula-4 decoction(powder)could significantly prolong latency of analgesic in hot-plate and induced by actetic acid models in mise and the frequence of its raising forelimb and sleeping time.But It could not inhibit and prevent ear swelling in mice induced by dimethybenzene.Conclusion:Gagula-4 decoction(powder)has the obvious analgetic and setative effect,but it has no obvious antiinflammatory.
