摘    要:应用MADYMO软件的Gas Flow流体计算方法建立PAB模型,通过气囊静态展开试验以及刚性块冲击试验验证模型的准确性。在此模型基础上,得出气囊不同部位压力并与试验结果进行比较,分析气囊内部压力的特点;改变气囊参数,分析各个参数对气囊内部压力变化的影响。结果表明,基于CFD的气囊仿真模型能准确反应气囊内部真实压力;气囊的质量流、织布渗透性和排气孔大小对气囊内部压力均有影响。

Abstract:PAB model is established based on the Gas Flow module in MADYMO code, which is then verified by static airbag deployment and rigid block impact test. The pressure of different parts of the airbag obtained in this model is compared with the values measured in test to analyze the characteristics of the internal pressure of the airbag, and the effects of airbag parameter on the internal pressure of the airbag are analyzed. The results show that the airbag simulation model based on CFD can accurately reflect the true pressure inside the airbag; mass flow, weaving permeability and vent size all affect the internal pressure of the airbag.
