3,5-二苯基吡唑的合成研究

摘    要:报道一种合成3,5-二苯基吡唑的新方法,以1,3-二苯基-2-丙烯-1-酮为起始原料,经氯化得2,3-二氯-1,3-二苯基-1-丙酮,后者与过量水合肼反应得3,5-二苯基吡哇。两步反应收率约90%。过量的水合肼可回收套用。

Abstract:A new method for synthesis of 3,5-diphenylpyrazole is reported. 1,3-diphenyl-2-propen-1-one is used as the starting material to get the intermediate of 2, 3-dichloro-1, 3-diphenyl-1-propanone,which will then react with excessive hydrazine hydrate to get 3,5-diphenylpyrazole. The results show that the new method is of many advantages, such as low reaction temperature, convenient operation and easily obtaining product with high purity etc. The final yield of the two steps reaction is as high as about 90%. Hydrazine hydrate can be recycled.
