摘    要:介绍杏仁油质量检测与分析的方法,主要从透明度、气味、滋味,水分及挥发物含量,加热试验,罗维朋色泽,酸值和酸度,过氧化值等几方面进行阐述.目的在于为消费者选择质量好的杏仁油提供依据.

Abstract:This paper introduces the methods of almond oil quality monitoring and analysis, mainly from the following aspects, transparency, odor, taste, moisture and volatile matter content, heating tests, lovibond test, acid value and peroxide value, etc.. This papers aims to provide a basis for the customers to choose almond oil of high quality.
