| Abstract: | Starting from the problem of asymmetric information in the financial market and its influence, and based on the theoretical model of solving the asymmetrical information problem by using the information economics, this paper makes detailed investigation of the information processing and information producing mechanism of the developed countries' financial intermediate institutions, and puts forward some suggestions in the light of the development of Chinese banking system. |
