In the early 20th century,the outbreak of the Russo-Japanese War was one of turning points in the international relations.The war brought far-reaching influences on the framework of Northeast Asia.It made three countries relations of China,the Korean Empire and Japan changed once again after the Sino-Japanese War.Japan was able to exercise powers to negotiate with China in place of Korea,namely,the Sino-Korean relations spread under the Sino-Japanese relations frame.
