| Abstract: | Fermentation conditions of Lglutaminase are discussed in this thesis.Several kinds of mediums and technical parameters are tested,and the enzyme production is 3 times higher than the former reports of this strain.It is found that the enzyme has asparaginase activity at the same time. |
