| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了胶带输送机用滚筒的静不平衡问题,并将TD75、DTII、Bucyrus滚筒系列3种带式输送机选型手册中的所有滚筒按GB10595—89《带式输送机技术条件》中静平衡等级G40标准,对滚筒的静不平衡进行分析,并用微机Foxpro语言编程对滚筒的静平衡值进行精确的计算,为滚筒的生产、质量、检验提供了可靠的标准数据。

| Abstract: | The paper explains the static imbalance of the pulleys of belt conveyors, analyzes the imbalance of the handbooks of three types of belt conveyors of the TD75, DTII and Bucyrus roller series according to the static balance standard of the GB10595-89 ＂Tech- nical Requirements for Belt Conveyors＂ and calculates the value of static balance with the help of Foxpro, which may give reliable and standard data for the production, quality and testing of rollers. |
