| 摘 要： | 教育硕士专业学位教育在我国作为一个新事物,对我国基础教育教师素质的提高起到了积极作用.同时,教师专业化作为国际教师职业发展的重要趋势,是教师教育培养目标的必然走向,也是提高我国教师素质的重要保证.教育硕士专业学位教育和教师专业化二者间存在一定内在联系,有着共同的目标:提高教师的素质.

| Abstract: | The Education Master's Degree in Education,as a new thing in China,has played a positive role in improving the quality of teacher education.At the same time,teachers professionalization as an important trend to career development of international teachers,is inevitably the direction of fostering education teachers,also an important guarantee of improvement in teachers quality.There is inherent relation between Education Master's Degree in Education and teacher specialization and improving teachers quality is their common goal. |
