摘    要:本文是报道退化草场羊草根际土壤酶活性的分布动态以及羊草根际土壤酶活性与植物地上生物量和羊草根际土壤微生物生物量关系的初步探讨。研究数据表明:围栏封育区内的各种处理试验区中的羊草根际土壤酶活性强度均比栏外退化草场对照区高,另外酶活性强度与植物地上生物量及羊草根际土壤微生物生物量的变化趋势竞相类似。由此可以说明,在治理和改良退化羊草草场时采取围栏封育或翻耕补播或耙地补播羊草等人工措施是行之有效的,并对加速退化草场的恢复亦有一定的实践意义和一定的经济效益。

Abstract:This paper is a preliminary study on the distribution dynamic of the soil enzymatic activities in therhizosphere of Aneurolepidium chinense in degenerative grassl and the connection of soil enzymatic activities in the rhizosphere of Aneurolepidium chinense with the plant aboveground biomass and the soil microbial biomass in the rhizosphere of Aneurolepidium chinense. The study has proved that the soil enzymatic actvities in the rhizosphere of Aneurolepidium chinense in fence plots is higher than those in degsnerotive plots outside the fences. Furthermore, the variation trend of soil enzymatic activities agrees with the plant aboveground biomass and the soil microbial biomass in the rhizosphere of Aneurolepidium chinense. It follows that when we harness and improve a degenerative Aneurolepium chinense grassland it is effective to take artificial measures of enclosing seal cultivale or ploughing and sowing or harrowing sowing Aneurolepidium chinense etc. These artificial measures have practical significance and economic benefit for the resurrection of the degenerutive grassland.
