注重发挥职校学生的自我管理效能

中等职业学校实施德育工程,必须重视学生干部的作用,充分发挥学生自我管理效能。但有人对此却持怀疑态度,陷入认识误区。笔者认为应走出认识误区,重新定位职校学生干部的价值。文章从促进职校学生身心发展、利用同辈集体影响力、锻炼学生能力、使教师“减负”增效等方面分析发挥职校学生自我管理效能的重要作用;又从端正思想、规范行为、扶放结合、精心指导等方面探讨了它的基本途径,以促进职校学生自我管理能力的提高,从而不断战胜和突破自我,去开创新的未来。

Effective Employment of Students' Self-administration in Vocational Education

Attention should be given to the role of student-cadres and the effective employment of students' self-administration for the purpose of carrying out moral education in the secondary vocational school. Some people, however, are doubtful about it and also trapped in misunderstanding. The article urges re-evaluation of the role of student-cadres and emphasizes the utmost use of the effective function of stu -dents' self-administration in order to better their healthy development, enhance their ability and free teachers from"heavy burden" with the collective impacts on each other. The article also explores some principal way in the aspects such as normalization of their behavior, their independence and careful guidance to improve students' self-administration ability in the vocational school.
