摘    要:利用圆柱滚子试件,在JP-BD1500 型滚动接触疲劳试验机上,对壳牌油、N100 和 N68工业齿轮油进行接触疲劳和抗塑变对比实验,结果表明,壳牌油润滑件具有较高的抗点蚀和抗塑变能力。边界润滑状态下,膜厚比λ不能反映不同种油润滑的表面间的真实接触状态。边界膜的强度对试件表面间的真实接触状态影响较大,提出了一种直观定量评价润滑油对塑变影响的实验方法。

Abstract:Comparative tests were carried out for the contact fatigue and plastic deformation of roller specimens lubricated by Shell Omola oil.N100 and N68 industrial gear oils. respectively. The results show that the specimens lubricated by Shell Omola oil come to the highest resistance to fatigue pitting and plastic deformation. Under the conditions of boundary lubrication. the ratio ), is revealed impossible to reflect the actual contact state between the surfaces lubricated by different oil. but the strength of boundary film affects greatly the actual contact state. A new experimental method is suggested to evaluate visually the effect of lubricant on plastic deformation.
