摘    要:虚拟轧制系统可以为现有轧机的设计和现代化改造提供技术支撑和仿真试验环境;可以探索现有轧机工艺特性,改善工艺参数,以提高产品的质量与产量。根据1200四辊轧机,采用先进的OpenGL建模技术、信息管理技术、交互式用户界面技术和虚拟现实技术,建立了一套能够完成设备仿真、控制仿真和管理仿真的冷轧轧制过程动态仿真系统。可以实现不同情况下的仿真,并且能够对输出结果进行追踪。

Abstract:The research of virtual rolling system can provide technical references and simulation experiment environment for the reconstruction of existing rolling mills or the design of new steel rolling mills. It can search craft characteristics of the existing equipment and optimize the technical parameters in order to improve the quality of products. Based upon 1200mm 4-roller cold rolling mills, combining the advance techniques of OpenGL modeling, multi-field simulation, information management, interactive user interface and virtual reality, a virtual steel rolling system was created which could carry out the simulations of the comprised equipment, controller and management system. It can run in many conditions and make tracks for output at the same time.
