汽车CAE软件系统的开发及应用

摘    要:基于汽车理论、有限元分析和优化设计方法,为解决工程实际问题,开发了汽车CAE软件系统.论述了系统的设计计算功能和技术关键.应用表明,该软件实现了汽车动力性、经济性预测和参数灵敏度分析;车身车架结构参数优化设计和汽车发动机与传动系优化匹配,进而可缩短产品的生产周期,减少实验次数,提高产品质量.

Abstract:An automotive CAE software based on automotive theory, finite element analysis and optimization design has been developed to resolve relevant engineering problems. Functions of simulation and key technical problems involved in the software system are described. Application of the system showed that automotive power performance, fuel consumption can be predicted and its sensitivity in parameters can be analyzed, constructional parameters for motor vehicle body and frame and matching of the power transmission system can be optimized. In this way, the period of production can be shortened, time of experimentation much reduced and quality of product improved.
