The Definition of Border Defense Intelligence Consciousness and the Analysis on Its Features

Through the combination of the definitions of the intelligence consciousness in macroscopic field and in microscopic field(military intelligence,scientific intelligence,public security intelligence,and criminal intelligence,etc),this paper sums up the three elements of the intelligence psychology,intelligence quality and intelligence environment that the definition of the intelligence consciousness must have,and connecting with the practice of the border defense intelligence work,puts forward the definition of the border defense intelligence consciousness,and analyzes its features.
