船舶燃油辅锅炉受热管烧毁事故诊断与管理对策

摘    要:针对船舶特定的工作环境,分析了船舶燃油辅锅炉受热管发生熔化烧毁的事故原因,提出了事故主要内因是积灰,硫酸低温腐蚀和水垢;分析了产生积灰,硫酸低温腐蚀和水垢的条件和机理,提出了在管理上防止事故的措施和注意事项。

Abstract:This paper analyses the causes of heated tube burning down of the ship oil fired subsidiary boiler working under a special condition on board ship.It is found that the primary causes are acid corrosion at low temperature and scale forming on boiler tubes.The pre conditions and endangerments of the causes have been analyzed in details.In order to prevent the boiler from burning down the scale must be controlled by means of water treatment and notice must be taken in management and operation of the boiler.
