| 摘 要： | 结合对中共十七届四中全会精神的学习,从分析目前我国党员干部队伍的思想作风状况入手,提出了新时期党员干部队伍思想作风建设的目标;并根据历史的经验与当前中国政治体制改革的需要,探讨了以建设马克思主义学习型政党、建立健全工作制度、建立健全民主集中制、强化民主监督等为主要方式的加强新时期党员干部队伍思想作风建设的若干途径。

| Abstract: | In combination with the understandings of the thought of 4th Plenum（Plenary Session） of the 17th CPC Central Committee, according to the present situation of party cadre＇s ideological building, the goal of party cadre＇ s ideological building under the New Circumstances is presented, historical experiences and the need of Chinese Political System Reform, this paper investigates some important ways to promote party cadre＇ s ideological building under the new circumstances in order to build learning Party, to set up rational work system, to build Democratic Centralism and to promote Democratic Supervision |
