| 摘 要： | 引入非对称方型势阱，并在量子力学框架内讨论了阱内的能级数目与能级分布，并同对称方型势阱和无限深势阱进行了比较。结果表明，由于势阱的非对称性，能级数目和能级分布均发生了变化，因而材料的光电特征也随之发生了变化。

| Abstract: | The level number and the level distribution are discussed of the non-symmetry squared well in the frame of quantum mechanics,in comparison with the squared potential well and the infinite deep well.The results show with the change of the level number and the level distribution,the photo-electric properties of the materials are changed as well by the non-symmetry of the well. |
