摘    要:以渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮传动作为研究对象,计及轴和支承的弹性变形以及轮齿时变啮合刚度,忽略啮合侧隙和轴承间隙,建立了齿轮转子系统扭转—横向振动相互耦合的3自由度动力学方程。利用数值仿真方法,研究了系统在时变刚度激励下稳态响应的特征,探讨了支承刚度、支承阻尼、啮合阻尼等参数对振动失稳和参数共振的影响。研究结果对于齿轮传动的减振与降噪具有积极意义。图9,参14。

Abstract:Steady-state response of a geared rotor system is numerically studied. A three-degree-of-freedom dynamic model coupled transverse-torsional motion of a geared rotor-bearing system,which includes time varying mesh stiff ness, mesh damping, bearing stiffness and bearing damping, is developed in the paper. Backlash and clearances of bearings are neglected in the model. Based on the model,characteristics of parameter-excited vibrations are analysized,and influences of bearing stiffness,mesh damping and bearing damping on parametric resonance and instability of the geared rotor system are investigated using digital simulation technique. The conclusions are helpful to control of vibration and noise of gear transmission systems. 9figs. ,14refs.
