| 摘 要： | 近几年，北京市文物管理局会同首都规划建设委员会，北京市国际建设投资公司等单位，依据投资单位的意愿，为尽快实施复建北京正阳门瓮城建设项目，曾组织在京的有关专家和单位，进行了大量的卓有成效的前期规划可行性研究工作，作为编制前期可行性规划方案的成员，和建正阳门瓮城建项目规划所涉及的有关历史，现状和规划问题，进行了全面的调查了解和研究。
