| 摘 要： | 本文根据断口和受力分析,确定12V180ZL型柴油机气缸套凸肩的破断为疲劳断裂破坏,并对气缸套材料的一般力学性能及断裂韧性K_(IC)进行了实验测试,又根据断裂力学理论进行了分析计算,最后提出了防止气缸套凸肩破断的措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the breakage of cylinder sleeve shoulders of type12 V180ZL diesel engine was defined as a fatigue breakage according to the section and the analysis of forces. Some experi-ments and surveying have been taken for general mechanics properties and Kic of material of cylinder sleeve. Taking use of the theory of fracture mechanics, the breakage of cylinder sleeve shoulders was analyzed and calculated. Finally, measures are proposed to prevent the byeakaye of cylinder sleeve shoulders. |
