摘    要:本文作者运用扫描电镜观察TCO_2钠水玻璃砂粘结膜的微观结构;分析了不同模数的CO_2钠水玻璃砂粘结膜断裂形式及力学性能;通过对CO_2吸收量的测定,对钠水玻璃砂粘结膜的结构模型进行了定量描述.

Abstract:The microstructure of a bonding film was observed and the fracture and mechanical properties of the bonding film of CO2-sodium-silicate sand with different moduli were analyzed by SEM. The model of the bonding film structure was described quantitatively by measuring the amount of CO2 absorbed. The results show that the properties of core is best when the thickness of the silicagel layer (product of chemical reaction) is 30~36% the total bonding film thickness, the modulus is 2.8 and the silicate addition is 4.0%.
