环境因素作用下的丙烯热泵精馏的(火用)经济分析

摘    要:从考虑技术能量系统的环境因素的角度,采用I. Dincer等人的环境费用计价方法,提出了一种新的考虑环境因素作用的产品成本模型.通过丙烯常规精馏工艺与热泵精馏工艺的比较研究发现,丙烯精馏的热泵流程具有明显的节能、环保和经济效益.研究表明,在过程的技术评价中,新的产品成本模型能够更为显著地表征节能和环保技术措施的先进性,同时研究也证明了新模型的有效性.

Abstract:Considering the environmental factors of the technical energy system and adopting a count method of environment pollution cost reported by I. Dince et al , a new model of the exergy cost of a product was proposed. Through comparing the normal process of propylene distillation and one with heat pump technology, it is found that the heat pump process is more energy saving,environment protecting and economic than the normal process, the new model can remarkably express the superiority of means of the techniques for energy conserbation and environment protection, and the validity of the new model is also proved.
