摘    要:由麦迪霉素A直接酰化合成美欧卡霉素C具有工艺简便的特点.但用吡啶、N,N二乙基苯胺等普通催化剂,难以获得良好的效果.采用高效酰化催化剂——4二甲胺基吡啶(DMAP)催化直接酰化过程,反应在较低温度下完成,避免高温引起的分子内异构化,结果令人满意

Abstract:The process that Miocamycin (C) is synthesized from Midecamycin (A) by direct acylation eases operation, but result of reaction with acetic anhydride and pyridine is dissatisfactory. This paper describs direct acylation of Midecamyain (A) with 4dimethyl aminopyridine and acetyl chloride at lower temperature. The yield and purity of product are satisfactory.
