| 摘 要： | 独生子女政策在对我国的经济社会做出贡献的同时也引发了"失独家庭"的问题。对"失独家庭"我们不仅要开展物质的救助也要开展情感的救助。社会资本理论为开展对"失独家庭"的情感救助提供了可行的路径。

| Abstract: | The one-child policy contributes a lot to China s economy and society .On the other hand it also triggers the problem of the family who loses the only child .We should not only offer material assistance but the emotional relief on the family who loses the only child .The theory of the social capital provides a feasible way for the emotion rescue to the family who loses the only child . |
