预警调控系统在湿法锌冶炼生产中的效果研究

以湿法锌冶炼生产为基础,根据生产实例及化验平台数据监测分析数据建立了锌冶炼预警模型及相关运行体制,并对预警的评定标准和预警措施进行了分类和整理,最后通过实践案例表明该预警调控方式可及时分析、发现工艺管理中潜在的和显现的问题,有助于今后制定更加合理科学的预防、预控对策,变跟踪调整为预期调解,从而实现预先控制、事前管理的工艺质量管理模式。

Effect of Early Warning Control System in Zinc Hydrometallurgy

On the foundation of zinc hydrometallurgy production one early warning model and operating system is built on the bases of production and chemical examination data .The levels of precaution and regulation measures are also classified and arranged at the same time .It has been proved that the mentioned model can find and analyze most of obvious and cryptic problems in zinc hydrometallurgy process management which is beneficial to formulate more scientific precaution and control strategy and can change the process management from backward follow-up controlling to pre-adjustment so that the pre -control and pre-management model can be realized .
