郊区城镇旅游资源优化的实证研究 ——以北京郊区不老屯镇为例

在旅游业大发展的背景下，位于城市边缘的效区城镇具有旅游开发的天时和地利，通过开发可以形成形城游憩带。本文以地处北京郊区不老屯为研究实例，该镇位于华北第一库－密云水库北岸，目前生态环境保护态势良好，已经形成环境优势，有利于镇城旅游开发，在进一步加强环境保护的基础上，确定了“一山一湖一带”格局，划分五大功能区，进行旅游区等单元设计，从时间和空间上优化利用旅游资源，达到持续发展的目标。

AN INSTANCE'S STUDY OF OPTIMIZINGTOURISM RESOURCE IN SUBURB A Case of Bulaotun ToWn in Beijing Suburb

Under the tourism development, timeliness and favourable geographical position of tourism resource exploitation are possessed by the towns which skirt around urban area. Recreation belt ringed the city comes to being through these town's tourism resource exploitation. Bulaotun Town is taken as a case study, which is located at the north bank of Miyun Reservoir which is the biggest one in Huabei Plain. Its protective situation of environment is all right, and the environmental advantage comes into being. That is good to tourism resource's exploitation. The pattern of hill-lake-belt is made sure, and five kinds of area with different function are plotted. Also some tourism areas are designed. So tourism resource can be optimized from time to space, and the development will be sustainable.
