| 摘 要： | 在６００×１５０ｍｍ２矩形冷模塔内，以空气－水－石蜡油为介质进行了气－液－液三相蒸馏导向筛板喷射工况雾沫夹带率的研究。实验就气液负荷、油分率以及板结构对喷射工况下雾沫夹带率的影响进行了研究，提出了喷射工况雾沫夹带率的新的关联式。

| Abstract: | Entrainment rate of three-phase distillation is investigated.Water paraffin oil is used as the two immiscible liquids and air as the third phase.Expeimental studies are carried out on flow-guide sieve tray with two sieve tray designs in a 600×150mm2 rectangular simulator. Mathematical correlation is proposed for entrainment rate.The empirical correlation may be of some value in design and operation. |
