氯化法合成四氯双酚A型环氧树脂的研究

摘    要:通过正交实验对由环氧树脂代合成具有阻燃性的氯代环氧树脂的反应进行了研究。探索了反应温度、环氧树脂与氯的摩尔比以及反应时间诸因素对产品收率及含氯量的影响。并在此基础上提出了合成四氯双酚A(TCA)型环氧树脂的最佳反应条件。作者还通过实验证实加入适宜量的Sb_2O_2可明显提高该种树脂的阻燃性,并实际测试与检验了TCA型环氧树脂Sb_2O_2体系配合物阻燃效果,粘合能力等一些应用方面的性质。

Abstract:We have studied reaction of synthesizing tireproof-ing ehloroepoxy resin on chlorination of epoxy resin and investigatedinfluences of temperature, molar ratio of epoxy to chlorine', reactionperjod and other factors upon yield and chlorine-content of the prod-uct. On the basis of these, we have offered the optimum conditions ofsynthesizing tetrachlorobisphenol A (TCA) type epoxy resin and con-firmed that appropriate addition of Sb_2O_3 can considerably the firep-roofing property of this resin. We have tested and examined fireproo-fing effect, adhesive power and other practical properties of thecompound of TCA epoxy resin-Sb_2O_3 system.
