| 摘 要： | 行政组织法是规范行政组织、控制行政组织的法律,由于种种原因,我国的行政组织法还存在很多的问题,只有通过加强组织法建设,硬性规定行政机构的设置,限制机关工作人员的数量,引进人大监督机制对行政机关进行监督,我国的行政组织法才能得以完善,行政法治才能拥有法制的组织基础。

| Abstract: | The so-called administrative organization law is the law that standardizes and adjusts the legal relations of administrative organizations.Because of certain reasons,there are lots of problems in the administra- tive organization of our country.In order to improve the administrative law of our country and to make administra- tive executive based on institution,we have to strengthen organization law construction,firmly arrange for the ad- ministrative authorities,limit the amount of the members of the authorities and introduce the supervision mecha- nism adopted by the People's Congress. |
