| 摘 要： | 跨国公司进入中国市场,抬高了我国产业的结构性和策略性进入壁垒,同时也降低了制度性进入壁垒。产业壁垒的这些变化从总体上增加了我国企业的市场进入难度,应根据产业壁垒的新变化,采取措施,切实发展民族产业。

| Abstract: | The entry of multinational corporations has on one hand driven up China's structural and tactical industrial barriers,on the other hand reduced the institutional barriers.We believe that these changes in a whole make the market entry more difficult.Therefore,we put forward some suggestions on the development of Chinese national industry. |
