| 摘 要： | 阐述了以光纤通讯、高速通讯网络为基本内涵的信息超高速公路的结构和模式,从新加坡智慧岛计划入手,分析了信息超高速公路在信息业、社会经济、教育及国民生活方面的巨大作用.介绍了美、日、法、德、英、新加坡、韩国、加拿大等国构筑信息高速公路的热潮和进展情况.分析了我国建设信息超高速公路所具有的有利条件及不足之处,并在此基础上,提出了一些建设性意见.

| Abstract: | The paper explained the information superhighway which was based on the fiber-optical communication and high-speed communication network,its structure and mod- el.From the Intelligence Island plan of Singapore,the paper analysed the great functions of the information superhighway in the information business,social economy,education and national livelihood,introduced the great upsurge and progress of constructing information highway in U S A,Japan,France,Germany,Britain,Singapore,South Korea,Canada etc.,analysed the favourable conditions and inadequacies of our country in constructing in- formation superhighway and put forward some suggestions. |
