地方院校实验室开放机制探索与实践

从2003年开始，嘉应学院探索与实践了与地方院校“培养适应地方经济社会发展需要、具有创新精神的应用型人才”的人才培养目标相适应的实验室开放机制。围绕人才培养目标构建实践教学体系，以该体系引导实验室建制改革，将实验室从以课程或专业为服务对象的传统建制，转变为以大类学科为服务对象的管理建制，并根据实践教学体系要求及不同实验室特点建立多种开放模式，实现“资源共享、形式开放、管理高效”的目标，为高素质应用型人才培养提供保障。

Exploration and Practice of Opening System of Laboratory Suited with the Goal of Innovative Talent Cultivation in Local University

The cultivation goal of local university is to cultivate applied talents who possess innovative spirit and suit with the development of local eeonomy and society. The opening system of laboratory suited with the cultivating goal has been explored and carried out since 2003 in our university. The practice teaching system is built according to the goal of talent cultivation, and the reform of laboratory system is induced by the teaching system. The service objects are turned from courses or specialities to big subjects in new management system, and multi-opening modes are built according to the demand of practice teaching system and the properties of different laboratories. Sharing, opening and efficient management system is running to provide guarantees for the cultivation of high quality and applied talents.
