磁化水对团头鲂卵巢相关物质的影响

摘    要:运用多种生化方法测定了磁化水组与对照组团头鲂血液、肝脏中与性腺发育有关的生化成份,包括血清蛋白成分、血清钙、磷含量,肝脏糖原、粗脂肪、RNA 含量。据所测数据,比较磁化水组与对照组雌鱼的差异及各组中雌雄鱼间的差异,以进一步证实两组雌鱼卵巢发育是否处同一时期.结果表明:磁化水对雌性团头鲂早期性腺发育无显著影响。

Abstract:This paper is on the determination of the biochemical components related withthe gonad in the blood and liver of Megalorama amblycephala by using several exper- imental techniques.Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used for analyzing serum pro- teins;ICP for determining the quantities of serum calcium and phosphorus;Anthrone reac- tion for testing the quantity of liver glycogen;Soxhlet extraction for determining the quan- tity of liver crude fat;Orcinol reaction for assaying the quantity of liver RNA.The results showed that the magnetized water has no significant effect on the early ovarian develop- ment of Magalorama amlycephala.
