AIP系统丝网填料旋转床功耗研究

摘    要:对不依赖空气动力装置(AIP)系统的水吸收CO2不锈钢丝网填料旋转床吸收器功耗特性进行了理论分析和实验研究,建立了该型吸收器功率消耗模型.设计了合适的实验方案并依此进行了实验,根据实验采集的大量数据经回归分析得到了计算旋转床吸收器功率消耗的半经验公式.理论模型计算值与实验值的对比表明,两者相对误差小于±5%.研究得到的模型为AIP系统旋转床吸收器电机选配提供了重要参考依据.

Abstract:The power consumption characteristics of the absorber of CO_2 by watering a rotating packed bed with wire packing in air independent propulsion(AIP) were throretically analyzed and the power model of this absorber was built on the experiments. According to the experimental abundant data the semi-empirical formula for consumed power of the absorber was established by regressing analysis. By comparing the calculated data the theory model with the experimental data, it was seen the relative error between them is less than 5?%. The model would give an important reference for choosing the motor of rotating packed bed absorber.
