| 摘 要： | 通过将18-甲基炔诺酮转变为其肟的O-羧甲基衍生物,然后经由活化酯法与牛血清白蛋白偶联,制备了它的免疫抗原,并以白兔为免疫动物制得了18-甲基炔诺酮的免疫抗血清,效价达32以上,文中讨论了偶联反应的合适条件。

| Abstract: | The norgestelum antigen was prepared from O-carboxy-methyl derivate of norgestclum oxime and BSA by active ester coupling method, the conditions for good coupling are discussed. The norgestelum antiserum was prepared with the aid of rabbit as immune animal. |
