扩散系数在生物医学工程中的应用

摘    要:生物医学工程学是在上世纪五十年代以理、工、医相结合而发展起来的一门边缘学科,它是一门集各种高技术之成就的学科。在生物医学工程所涉及的一些研究当中,扩散系数是一个非常重要的参数,它是描述质量传递的最重要的物性参数之一。本文首先说明扩散的基本概念及意义,引进扩散系数的概念。然后介绍各种液相扩散系数的测量方法,并比较其优缺点。最后以氨基酸在水溶液中扩散系数的测量为例说明扩散系数的测量。

Abstract:Biomedical engineering is an interdisciplinary subject which is developed in the 1950’s by the combination of science, engineering and medicine. It is a combination of many high-tech achievements in various disciplines. In the research of biomedical engineering, diffusion coefficient is one of the most important physical parameters which describe the quality of transmission. Based on extensive literature, this article first illuminates the basic concept of diffusion and significance of diffusion, thus bringing forward the introduction of the concept of diffusion coefficient. Then it introduces various approaches to the measurement of liquid diffusion coefficient, and makes a comparison of both their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the article takes the measurement of diffusion coefficient of amino acids in aqueous solution as an example to explain the measurement of diffusion coefficient.
